Armenian baritone Aksel Daveyan is establishing himself as one of the most promising baritones of his generation on the international operatic stage, admired for his warm timbre, vocal brilliance, and charismatic connection with audiences.

Aksel’s recent and upcoming highlights include Marcello in La Bohème at Glyndebourne Festival, Albert in Werther at Zurich Opera House, Figaro in Il Barbiere di Siviglia at Theatre Bonn and Oldenburg State Theatre, and Prinz Yamadori in Madama Butterfly at the Baden-Baden Easter Festival and in concert at the Philharmonie Berlin with the Berlin Philharmonic under the baton of Maestro Kirill Petrenko.

Aksel also sings Giorgio Germont in La Traviata, Ottokar in Der Freischütz, and the Forester in Janáček’s The Cunning Little Vixen at Oldenburg State Theatre. His forthcoming concert appearances include a performance with the Brno Philharmonic Orchestra and a gala concert with the Polish Royal Opera in Warsaw
